On 27.02.2024, Swiss author Urs Mannhart read from his book "Lentille, from the life of a cow" at GISA. The insightful reading was followed by an intensive exchange with the audience, which ranged from specific questions about Lentille and her home, a farm in western Switzerland at an altitude of 1,000 meters, to questions about agriculture and animal ethics.
